If you are a State Farm Employee and have volunteered with the Heyworth Band Department for a minimum of 40 hours, please consider donating your Good Neighbor Grant to the band department. Through the Good Neighbor Grant Program, the State Farm Companies Foundation awards a $500 grant on behalf of each eligible State Farm® associate (active employee, agent, or retiree) who volunteered a minimum of 40 hours per calendar year to an eligible nonprofit organization. State Farm Companies Foundation must receive completed online applications by March 31 of the year following the one in which services were volunteered.
We ask that parents who have submitted a grant application please notify Mrs. Rackauskas. We will then be able to make sure that your grant money is deposited into the correct account.
